Woo! Retrotastic! Thanks to my ShinyBoxOfJoy(tm) I have the joy of St Elsewhere being recorded from More4 on weekday afternoons. This one is a particularly groundbreaking episode. Aired in 1983, it is the first television episode to tackle AIDS, portraying a city councilman who contracted it through a woman he had a one night stand with. His wife is furious and they have a child. All the staff are freaking out, as they would be in 1983. People barely knew anything then.
This program is so cool. Funny, retro, interesting, lots of fit men. Scary that they're all at least twice my age.
There is Mark Harmon as a young man in this. And Denzel Washington.
Yes please ;)

Today I am mostly being incredibly lazy (for reasons why, see my other journal). Ben and I went to town early to get it out of the way before it started being unbearably hot and popped into Game. We found a couple of games that we'd been raving about for ages in the "2 for £x" section and so brought our very own copies of Theme Hospital and Rollercoaster Tycoon 2.
That's my weekend sorted then ;)
