lizziecToo wired to eat the kim left me dinna.
Anyway, today...yes...spent large parts of the morning in the library playing on shiny new dells which are still shiny after a month or so of student punishment...then went and tormented foo and ben for a couplea hours instead of eating lunch or doing sem prep..as a result was surprised at how well I came off in semnar...I expected to completly suck but came off ok :) Even made some very good points according to Dr Boobbyer :D :D Have presentation to do for next week about the political effects of the russo-japenese war of 1905..hope it comes off ok.
Work was good. Sorted out a schedual with Gordana that means I can start late one afternoon a week :) ALso got hot chocolate from her...had a natter...had to tell kids off on way home cos they were demanding things so talked to them about waiting to be offered...I don't think I've ever raised my voice but luckily manage to get point accross without that :) :) Was late evening...sue came back about 6:15...I think it'll be like this quite often this term, which from pay packet pov is good but I'll have to make sure lights are charged (they're not atm :/) so I don't get so scared i n the dark...also need to aquire some reflective strips and sew to bag I think.
Forewent meal, jibbled in rocks instead. Compsoc1 is noisier after the weekend I think :/ Went o choir...boring admin stuff took nearly an hour (for the whole 200 of us) but then we got to do singing and *WOW*...it's brilliant! We're doing Carmina Burana which *ROCKS* I got back very buzzy and bouncy and I believe a wee bit scary...still, very happy :) Too wired to eat or sleep tho :/ now drinking hotty to try and calm enough to sleep...seems to be succeeding :)
Out for dinner tomorrow night :) Kinda sorta looking forward to it in a kinda scared kinda way...after dinner you see, will be another first for me and it's a bit daunting...
