lizziecHad a good-ish day yesterday :)
General day of jibbling on campus after work in the morning which was nice. Rocks room \o/ and lunch with Stewart and Ben and Foo and Rah :) Rah and I talked about the thing that made me all *grr* the night before which helped some...I still feel angry and kinda bitter about it tho. I'm trying to stop right now cos this attitude isn't helping anyone, least of all me, so I'm goingt o try very hard, but in the meantime I'm sorry to anyone who might get in the middle of it all cos it's not fair on you.
Anyway, lunch was good and then I had to go the library with foo to talk to woman about job thing. She was on phone so foo left my email address for her...well, first she wasn't in the office so I got to see the basement of the library. It's brilliant. So many books and periodicals and the shiny machine room. I think I like it down there :D
Work was good, beks had illy over and finally met her match in someone who can talk >:) Tom was brought home by gordana and he looked exhaused...came in slumped in a chair and played gameboy. Got paid about £20 more than I usually do which was nice :) Walked back from campus with foo and tiggs and sophie and ben :) Was a good laff :)
So this leads me to last night.
It was more lovely than I can describe seeing mamma and Phil again. It was specially nice to see Phil cos I've not seen him in days. I've missed him so much.
Lots of people came...well not as many as had been predicted but still too much for me at times, even tho I knew them all. There was foo^rah (obviously) kim, alex, pete, sophie, tiggs, mark, adam, ben, mum and phil... I think that's it. Anyway, spent times hiding and feeling overwhelmed cos of some other stuff too.. Singing happened...only *almost* got top c last night :( Singing was good. Alkihol also happened and I got mildly drunk which resulted in sleeping theu the night for the first time in a week or so so I don't ache so much today. Till mild headache but very tame compared to yesterday.
Pete gave me new cpu fan as mine makes odd noises...only intermittently atm, but I don't want to wait till it breaks to need a new one *and* a new cpu... Umm...drawing on arms happened hwich was all well and good until I went after foos arms and ended up being tickled. My arm markings (drawn on by drunked ben) were this morning scrubbed off by mamma with a dishcloth >.< I upset tiggs which I'm really sorry for :( I didn't mean to :/
Anyway, irc'd late to wind down and then slept like a log. Breakfast was nice :) 4 sausages and 2 rashers of bacon :D I'm all full now :) Most sausages I've eaten in a while... :)
So now I need to go to town to get magazine (Empire) which I wanna read so I need to go to Smiths...possiblyt need more milk also.
