Day of Ups and Downs

lizziecWell the first up is that it was my last working day for four days. Stella was a bitch as usual and seemed to stay around longer than usual...big down. She caught me perusing the internet for 5 mins and asked me if I was on lunch which I wasn't. SHe then requested that I do some work. Now, I rarely break, especially in the morning so I was pissed at her for the reprimand, especially as she was, at the time, on her way out for a 5 minute fag break (her fourth in the morning) during which she blatantly doesn't key out. I was left adding "Hypocryte" to her list of faults.
Spent my lunch hour in an internet cafe cos I was lonely at work. Perked me up some and then I went back to the grindstone (;)) and also subitted my flexi update to the tune of about 160 hours. Peter expressed surprise. I was in no way surprised he did...he is such a prick sometimes.
Umm..found out darren went from plymouth to harpenden via bristol and had a giggle about that.
Picked up brownie points at work by being able to google...traced the owner of a random p45 (delievred to the wrong place) that way I did (found his employers, called them, called him) and everyone was most impressed \o/
Came home, irc'd, dumped stuff on faramir (still doing that). Upset mum somehow :( Umm...talked some more stuff over with rah cos she helpful like that.
Tired now. Work suxors big time but at least when it does it makes being home with your family seem much nicer.
Ugh, very tired now. Might just go to bed.
