lizziec...so yea, whole night without the net. I did have my family meal however which was better than I expected.
We met in Zizzi in Sutton which has really nice food. Divided my time admirable between the various peoples there. Philip ate too much and was almost sick..don't think it taught him a lesson tho. That child is so pig headed. So...yea, had a nice time I did. Talked to Uncle Brad (canadian uncle) about computers and tried to convert him to linux. Surprisingly for a 60(+) year old he'd heard of it...oh, and he agreed WinXP is the work of the devil. My Auntie Pat (UK one) and I talked for about an hour about daddy which was obviously really nice. It's not often I get to, and coming as it does less than a week before his biffday I think it was something i needed. Talked to Uncle Allan (UK) about his deafness, which was interesting. He's almost totally deaf in one ear now which I found out is, for the most part, related to a disease he got when he was 30, called Menhirs disease. Didn't really talk to Auntie Lee, tho I did managed to get her to agree to have meto stay with her in Canada should I be able to coff up the funds for an airline ticket ^.^
I did some more of the HTML for creature and the main bits are done. I know what will take the time...formatting all the targets. The person who typed the thing up for the union had a problem with grammar I think...and didn't know the difference between "there" and "their". Silly idiots. Anyway, hopefully should be finished tonight...and with any luck the net will be up again so i can get rid of it.
Took me an hour and a half to get to sleep :( Watched a bit of last night's er, which I had taped. Woke up about 3am feeling cold and ill (despite being covered up by a sheet, a blanket and my duvet) and mum brought me some orange juice cos she's lovely.
I skipped breakfast cos I couldn't face food. Wish i hadn't now :(
And now I should do some work before someone kills me. Incidentally, the new SU site is very shiny, tho in the bits I wrote it's obvious where alex stuck ina sentance of his own...maybe it's just cos wrote it tho. Go to http://www.kentunion.co.uk and check out the shinyness.
