Buffy movie sooooooo funneh.

*Trapper starts again from beginning*

Had dinner in r'ford with skel and gave him 11 cds worth of scrubs. Dinner filled me up for once. We jibbled a bit and watched buffy s7 ep19. Was good but I've seen better (16 and 18 are current high - rankers)

Pete and Tom arrived and we watched the Buffy movie. Very very very funny (w/o meaning to be) at one point i couldn't stop giggling and it honestly felt like i could asphyxiate. Proved I could go an hour or so w/o talking. Was very difficult tho and the others are mean bullies. They didn't make it any easier for me. In the end it was sommik in the simpsons that broke me...

So, yea, watched some Simpsons after the movie :D All new ones! Yay skel! Left jus' afore midnight.

Hmm...got bumpy hair. Need a hairbrush.

Found out hugs are effective bargaining tool with skel. He gives me what I want and I stop. This can't be a Good Thing from my pov :/

actually the buffy movie is supposed to be a comedy. I watched it (again#) recently myself :]

I know it's supposed to be a comedy I just don't think it was supposed to be quite as funny as I found it in certain places...

Having said that, my mind was in the gutter last night so that may explain it... :)

Nah theres no way its supposed to be a comedy. I reckon the producers just say that now coz it didn't work out the way it was meant to, and now there's buffy-as-we-know-it they need some excuse for buffy the vampire slayer the movie.

buffy movie as in the original one? where she rather cooly pins a fly by spitting a drawing pin but the rest of the film is, urm, 80s? Or did they remake with Sarah Michelle Gellar and actually turn it into a good film?

The 1992 original one. The fly bit was quite cool. The rest was ultra cheesy and in places quite disturbing...

yeah - like the dress she wears at the end!
And the fact buffy and her friends look mid 20s but are at school. that disturbed me.

though when I first saw it (when I was 15 or so) I strangely thought it was ok.

I think it was seeing it after Buffy-as-we-know-it that it looke d so odd. Either that or i developed a bit of taste :-)
