lizziecOK. Lat night was quite nice cos I got in alot of jibbling to my friends and had generally a good time, including a lovely chinese takeaway with Tiggs, tho we got royally screwed by Chop Chop. Never again will I order from them. The search for a new chinese delivery service begins here.
Pete came over to see me and gave me a present from the guys,. It turns out they got me 2 Handel CD's as a kinda sorry thing for last week. It was so sweet. There's the Dixit Dominus that I have to learn for choir and I hadn'tbeen able to find and a copy of the Four Seasons. I know why that was chosen, but I woun't go into it just yet I don't think.
Wandered back to my room about 1.30ish I think even tho I'd been saying I would for over 2 hours and had a lukewarm shower (hot water still not fixed apparently... Halfway thru drunken greek guy from next door came banging one the door demanding to know who was in there and when I would be out. I told him it was me and I'd be out when I damn well pleased. Cur giggling. He had all his drunken and stoned Greek friends out there. Smoking. In our corridor leaving the buts in a trail from the shower to his door which happens to be past mine so I had to dodge the trail of ash and other such unpleasant things to get to my room afterwards. I hate him soooo much. :(
Then I tried ripping a cd in linux with only a very basic idea f what I was doing cos I hadn't printed off semi helpful instructions from skel before coming back to my room. I could only remember cdparanoia...so I used the manual and all taht stuff and I think I succeeded in ripping the cd...if only I could remember what to do next... Under the circumstances I panicked and locked the screen and it will stay how it is until Sunday now...
Got into bed reqady to sleep finally at 2.30ish. When I got a text from Laura about how much of a bastard her Greek-Albanian boyfriend is being. Starting a text dialouge that continued until 4am. Not for nothing did I name her boyfriend "Git Face D". Anyway, have to go now cos I'm aiming to be on the 10.08am train outta here having made the decision last night that I wanted my bed and my mamma and possinbly my brother... So off I go :D
