Library and scientology
Wednesday, June 13th, 2007 01:47 pmToday I went to the library in town and withdrew 8 books on many diverse history subjects. I'm off work for a few days and I needed something to read ;)
While in town I saw a stand with a big yellow umbrella near Whittards. The umbrella had "Dianetics" written all around the edge.
It was scientologists. They had even brought along their wacky patented reading people's thetans devices.
It was so funny it made me laugh.
Almost.
It would be funny if they weren't a sinister cult who cut you off from your family and steal all your money.
Anyway, if you want a laugh I saw them there only an hour ago and they looked like they'd be there for the duration. If you're better informed than I am perhaps you'd even want to bait them.
I just hope they don't convert anyone to their wacky crazy sect based on their stall today.
