Hmm well not being married i dont have much time to analyse my couple sleep patterns but i think in general its a mix of the first 4, only more squished cos i only have a single bed!

As for the individual... i sometimes sleep in the foetal position, but other times in a position on my front that they dont really cover cos i dont hold the pillow, i tuck my arms under myself. :S

Dislocating shoulders completely throw that survey off, we sleep an awful lot less well now we have approx 2-3 dislocating shoulders in the bed at any one time.

As Ben says they don't mention the 3rd arm problem, bloody third arms!
