Yucky dreams

lizziecIt's 5:45 and I'm awake even though my alarm is set for three hours time because I have had a bad dream and I am still quite shaken.
It started normally enough and then something changed and everything changed and it became far more sinister. Then I rememeber going into a big house where everything looked like a plane inside except it was all downstairs a long way and I was strapped in and then there was a white flash of light. After the flash an air raid siren had gone off and we were told that had been a nuclear bomb. After that there were more flashes and sirens at odd pointsand people died because of the raditation and sometimes cos they went to the surface at the wrong time and got vapourised by another hit.
It wasn't until I'd lost bethan and foo and rah and ben and Phil and mum in this way that I managed to wake up. They weren't even in my dream till just before they died.
I have no idea why I dreamed about this or if this dream has a meaning or anything and despite my level of scared and freaked-ness I'd be quite interested to know later. What I'd like best right now is a hug and a big mug of hot drink to calm me down :'(
I hate having dreams where you wake up feeling like this :o(
