Big Block of Cheese Day...

Well, now Franklyn Road, in their fridge have one that seems almost as large.
Yesterday started rather heticly for me.
I woke up at 6am and found I couldn't get back to sleep again till around 10am, at which point I fell into a very heavy sleep. I was woken roughly an hour and a half later by ben with the news that his parents were 10 mins or so away, did we want to go with them to croydon? I consulted my mother and agreed to go, thinking I had just enough time to wash my hair. Turns out I didn't cos at the same time I decided to dive for the bathroom skel jumped in for a shower, so I made do with tying up my hair and brushing my hair.
Anyway, we ended up at home where ben's parents and my family met and had a cup of tea/coffee, then we pottered off to woodmansterne, where we had lunch at the woodman and showed Chris and Eileen the church where ben and I will get married :)
Everything seemed to go well and all parents appeared to get on with one anotehr \o/ We thought they might, yet we still got nervous in the hour or so before they met. At least, I did ;)
After this (about 4pm) we went off to Makro where we spent entirely too much and ben brought The Biggest Block of Cheese In The World(tm) for consumption by those lovely geeks at franklyn road.
Eventually returned to canterbury at about 8:30pm and I went more or less straight to bed, cos I have a yucky cold.
I hate colds cos you're not well and kinda run down, but you're not ill enough to just stop ;)
I think I might go back to bed now. Not sure about going to church this morning. We'll see if I'm still awake in an hour or so I think.
