lizziecToday started out bad, cos I ran out of the door late for work again and found I had a flat tyre. Rah was an angel adn woke foo up and so I got to work after all. They're brilliant people :D
It got better. Dropped the kids at school and walked back along parkwood road, meeting ben about half way \o/
Went to sports center and got my MMR cos of an outbreak of Mumps on campus. Nearly fainted but didn't \o/ Was allowed croissant with hot chocolate after :D
Did some research in the comfy chair in the lib and then had lunch in gulb. Did more research (finished all the journal articles I had to read) and then went to work, accompanied by pete. We just had Tom to look after so everything was very straightforward and lovely. Andy came back bouncing but I was in sufficiently good mood I just parried him and for once he failed to wind me up. Sue gave me lift back :D
Got back to find that angel of sophies Tom had brought me a research book back from London yesterday and sophie will bring it back to 5geeks later so I can grab it tomorrow or whenever. W00t.
So I'm sitting here now dressed up like a dogs dinner cos I'm being taken out tonight but I don't know where cos it's a surprise. Ben, has, apparently, ironed for me... O.o
Anyway...all this is in aid of us celebrating 2 months engaged today.
