i've accepted that, as i've made very clear. what i was pointing out was that taking justified criticism as a personal attack is overreacting. nothing more.
When you have done your best to amend matters, apologised for past behaviour, said you'll try and improve in the future and have nothing more to do what are you supposed to do?
