Bah! USeless council! Really makes me mad, we cant have wheely bins or a weekly bin collection, yet we can pay for a nonsense tv station, i can assure you noone will use it!
We have council houses in shambles, a need for more schools/retirement homes etc, and they spend it on a bloody tv channel!!!!!!
