There's a spider in my room

Or more specifically, there was a spider on my beanbag. Next to my head. It's now in a glass with a heavy book on top.

It was huge. I was freaked out.

Once I got it into the glass I took some pictures so everyone can see how big it was.



Look at its teethMandibles. They're enormous. Absolutely enormous.

Ah, one of those lads. Though your photo's better than mine. There seem to be a lot of them around at the moment, so time to be extra vigilant and have an improvised flamethrower (or ability to scream like a girl) on standby.

One of them crawled out at me from under the toilet seat a couple of years ago, thankfully *before* I sat down. Yes, I still check.
