"Public opinion" on file sharing/penalties

I participate in the YouGov daily "select" surveys, and the day after they send out the results so you can see what other people think. These are the results from Friday's survey (questions above the results) - they seemed relevant.
Six of the UK's biggest net providers have agreed a plan with the music industry to tackle piracy online. To what extent do you approve or oppose the following action?
