lizziecToday I renounced Satan and all his works and asked various saints to pray for us at our local catholic church and I am now a Godmother! :)
(Yes, I am just as petrified as I look there)
My handsome Godson, John Andrew :)
The service itself was very quick, not even any incense. Afterwards we went with the family to the local pub and had a roast dinner. Later I gave him the present I brought him for his baptism - the complete collection of Beatrix Potters. Hopefully it's something he'll still have when he has children :)
I'm very tired now. It was a good day, but very long.
Yay for being a Godparent though. I could just about burst with pride! :D
