A few things

First of all, I love Johnny Depp. Lots. Saw Charlie and the CHocolate Factory today with Ben and mamma - excellent film, better than earlier version. Saw Benny and Joon tonight - also excellent film. Young sensitive Johnny. Yumyum. Have added the latter to my amazon wishlist.

Waxed my legs today. Took me 3 hours. Do not believe immac veet when they say it's painless with their new wax strips. They're lying. Ouch. Gonna have to do it again before wedding :|

Hen night was on Saturday. Mum's pics are here. Believe it or not I was completely sober throughout. THanks to all who were there - was a fantastic day :D

Had an odd dream last night, really realistic. I dreamed that there were another attack on the UK by the same terrorists who were using Guns instead and shot dead the Prince of Wales and his sons.

Everyone look back on LJ at what you were doing three, two and one years ago today.

Doing a post about how much you think you/your situation has changed is much encouraged but not necessary.

Ok - so this was me a year ago. Just started recovering from depression. Unemployed. So a year on I'm still recovering (as in, I still have moments when I know I'm much more up and down than I was before) but much better. Still unemployed but waiting to start a course a CCUC. Getting married in 4 weeks 5 days. Eeep. Generally much happier and more secure. Not running iBot anymore, mostly cos I graduated ;)

Two years ago? I was moving into 19b and recovering from Glandular Fever. I was very excited about moving into my second year house. How experience changes a person ;) If I knew then what I know now...

I didn't have my LJ three years ago, but I do have one from when I started in December 2002. Well with an entry like this, it's hardly surprising that seven months later I got glandular fever. I didn't slow down from that through the entire year. I'm surprised I passed really. I can't believe how stupid I was looking back at it all. I've come a very very long way since then. I was so naieve and stupid. And got much less sleep. Main lesson from this? Never keep first year comsci hours and normal person hours. It just doesn't work.
