lizziec | wow...many many good things

Well, I'm back in canters now. Before returning to canterbury I stayed with ben for two days and though he was really not well it was fantastic to be with him. We chose the stones for my engagement ring and his mum gave me a silver and sapphire ring to act as an interim :) Tis very pretty and I'm starting to get used to it...well, I don't catch it on things so much as I did :D

Got home on the sunday and Bethan was there having stayed the night. Auntie pat dropped in and that was nice, cos not seen her in ages. Then mamma brought bethan and i back to canterbury where we jibbled. I ripped mamma's adiemus cds and burnt her some mp3's and then she went and tiggs came over and we all ordered chinese and watched fotr ee. Tiggs crashed here with bethan and eventually we slept ;)

Monday was jibbly. We went into town and did some charity shop shopping, had food in pizza hut (they lost our pizza and we got free ice cream factories to make up for it [only after we rejected free coffee and salad bar]) Was lovely. We were very girly..first "girly" day I've had in ages and ages :D Came back via sainsburies and got muchos shopping and did ourselves (and ben) baked tatoes and sosijis then watched chicken run :D

Yesterday was our last "girly" day ;) We got going slowly and then had foo^rah round. Foo sat and "worked" and most of us did my lotr puzzle which I brought on monday (1000 pieces). Ben arrived a bit later from town bearing yellow roses. They're gorgeous ^.^ Bethan and I cooked food (Mince and tatoes all cooked together with muchos gravy) and the puzzle was finished...ated food and watched the first 60 of the "100 greatest musicals"...I drank wine but only till I was pleasently tipsy. Tiggs dissappeared fairly early and Foo^rah went at the end of the prog.

Just getting ready to go see Return of the King for the third time >:) Later is new years jibble :)

Having bethan over is fantastic, and I've had the best christmas since daddy died :D

I'm liking this holiday lark :D
