Mirtazapine was the stuff I got given, it definately knocks you out the first week or so... which was great cos I wasnt getting to sleep til 4, 5am every night and waking up at 3pm :P I didnt really notice too much weight gain but I thnk that was more cos of my bodys silly metabolism, though I did end up scoffing my face a lot more with food, going through a big bag of pretzels from sainsburies every day or two.
One more thing I remember was... well, shivers. You know how you jump when something surprises you? Take that, and multiply it a few times, and add shivers all the way through your body. Went away within a few weeks and wasnt exactly a scary side effect, just not something I;d been used to, and it was a lot easier to make me jump.
