Well, the Verdi's Requiem went really really well :D The bass drum was excellent and I spoke to the Archbishop of Canterbury. Piccies from the rehersal (including the Archbishop of Canterbury made out of snow (found in the Cathederal Precinct Grounds) are here.
Pity mamma couldn't be there, but given the snow and ice yesterday morning (when she would have been travelling back) I don't blame her. Piccies of yesterday's snow here. Luckily a thaw seems to be in progress now :)
Snow is fun for a couple of days, but tedious when it hangs around for a couple of weeks >.<
Have discovered though that both the BBC weather site and the metoffice site never agree. Which is interesting because they get their data from the same place. What is even more interesting is that they're rarely right where snow is concerned.
I'm also surviving my teaching practice and becoming less scared, though it seems to be taking ages :(
Now my hectic week is over but I still seem to be busybusybusy >.<
Oooh - must send my graduation stuff back... :| Makes it all somehow real... (eep!)
