Muhahaha - aka: perl madness

In response to my last entry in which perl was driving me insane (though thinking aboutit, 1am isn't the best time to start experimenting with a programming language when you've never used one before), azz showed me this which made me giggle like you wouldn't believe.

And now it is done...and I have copied and modifed an rss bot so..it should work to alert people when the Computing service MOTD is updated. Ben will help me integrate it to iBot later. I'm starting to understand perl a bit. This half impresses, half scares me...but there ya go ;)
