Less homesick

Today was an awfully busy day for me. I was up at 6:30 and out by 6:55 cos I didn't know how long I'd take to get to the top of the hill and work. In the end thanks to jibbly route with Very Little Hill I got there in 15-20mins and was rediculously early for work. Anyway, work was done. Got introduced to beccas birthday hamsters and paul can now say my name ("wizzey") Walked the kids to school and then cycled to campus, chained my bike outside Eliot with terry's lovely bikelock and wandered in where I met rah in mungos. We had hot chocolate (twice) and talked and I showed piccies... Nice morning.

She went to leccie and I went to computer room where I was accosted by morti and pete. Went to rocks room via history office where I sorted out timetable. Rocks shiny. Me like :)

Went to origins for lunch but long queue so couldn't be bothered to wait. Went to rbr instead and talked to Dr Boobbyer to properly sort out timetable change and now I think I have it sussed:

On Wednesday in weeks 2 and 8 I have a meeting about my diss in RLT1 from 2-3.

THat's it for the first term. Not bad really :)

So, after I had had explained to me the stuff I missed by changing semnar groups etc I jibbled off to work.

Tiring is best word for it as beks had to be picked up, taken home, changed, then walk back to the school, pick up tom from rugby and back to their house again. Left at about 5.15 and almost got caught in torrential downpour. Made a run for it when it abaited a bit.

Got back still pretty dry \o/

This evening was spent at foo and rah's where they fed me (nice food :) For those of you who are wondering I ate canned tomatoes...and onion...and garlic...[with mince] and I shocked even myself) Watched Joseph. Gave foo his pressie which he seemed to like *kicks amazon* hopefully rah's will arrive soon so I can give her hers.

Good evening :) Busyness of day make me feel much better.

Now suffering from the comedown.

I'm starting to feel more homesick and lonely again *kicks self* I need to get it together.
